The owner and instructor has an incredible amount of expertise and knows how to convey it in an engaging and easy-to-understand way. You get hands-on experience and make your own chocolate bars. Every step is explained, and you can taste and sample the results to appreciate the differences. Even critical questions, such as those about the pricing of chocolate in supermarkets, were answered knowledgeably and clearly. Best of all: at the end, you get to take your handmade chocolate bars home with you. A fantastic, educational, and above all, delicious experience!
