The Madonna Estates offered 4 wines. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were very good, so good we had seconds. The Backstage Winery had long tables and the conversation with the other guest was very interesting. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were very good and the Cabernet was excellent. Grady was a great tour guide as well as a driver.

A beautiful trip to Alcatraz Island, but arriving is a bit unsettling. In fact, when you arrive inside, they give you headphones with translations of the story (very well organized). It's a powerful experience, well explained by the voice guidance on the headphones. Disturbing and perhaps fascinating, knowing that the worst characters of the era were there at the time. But it's worth doing; you can visit it in half a day.

Alex was an amazing guide. So knowledgeable, good diversity of information as well to keep it interesting, as well as good humour. Playing a few famous local songs along the way at key moments was a great touch. He also took some of the best pictures of me I’ve had! Would highly recommend.


