After purchasing, you need to contact the branch you want to go to separately to make a reservation, but I told them my hotel location via Line and they told me the nearest branch, so I picked it up there. I liked it a little stronger, but it wasn't bad, and it was very refreshing. Perhaps because I came from a country that's not very hot, the air conditioning was so cold that I coughed, but otherwise, it was great. If I ever get the chance to go to Bangkok again, I'd definitely go back.

If you book a hot spring + massage package, arrive 1-2 hours early if you book for 3 PM, as you'll spend 1-2 hours in the hot spring first, followed by the massage. Prices are slightly cheaper on-site, so you can actually buy tickets there. The hot springs include milk baths, cold water, hot water, carbonated springs, a water jet spa, and two saunas. There's also a rock bath outside. Food is ordered in the lobby and costs extra, or you can wait for dessert after your massage. There are complimentary cookies and cold drinks in the lobby. Overall, the environment is nice, and the service is excellent. 👍


