Customer service was very responsive and patient. It was my first time going to Jungfraujoch, and I was a little hesitant without experiencing it firsthand. The train, cable car, and cogwheel train transfers sound complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying it separately, and most importantly, the customer service explained everything in detail. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

We had the best experience. We bought the video package and the video turned out so cool. I went with my boyfriend and they made sure we were next to each other and in each others video. I had Tim as my instructor and he was amazing and super kind. Highly recommend!
