It was very good, even when the meeting point was changed and we missed it, we were given clear information and were able to see everything. Thank you very much!

The two attendants were fantastic and took great care of us. The wait was definitely worth it.

Reviews: Rome: QC Termeroma Spa Admission Ticket
Guest User2026-10-05
The spa is lovely, garden are beautiful. Our issue was with the food. We were advised of only one time slot for lunch in 2 hours time. We weren’t sure if we wanted it as we hadn’t long eaten. We were told we could think / talk about it whilst changing and go back to let them know. We decided to go for it, went back 15 minutes later to book it and were told the only time slot was now a different time which was only 30 minutes away. We definitely didn’t want that as we weren’t at all hungry. What we didn’t realise was there was literally nothing else. No bar, no snacks we could buy. Nothing but some dry fruit and tiny meringues which were dished up by a member of staff so was very limited. We took bottles so we could fill them up with water at various points. But we really feel this place is let down by not being able to buy yourself a nice drink or any kind of food other than booking the buffet lunch. Would still recommend, just be aware!

The guide was excellent. He took us right to the entrance. No need to search. He gave us practical information about the place, but also about other parts of the city. Very friendly.

Nikita and Ezra were our guides. They had amazing energy! They were fantastic guides, and their help was invaluable. You can tell they know the ins and outs of organizing this type of tour. Given the crowds there, having them with us was a real bonus. Thank you so much!
