Reviews: From Rome: Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, and Sorrento Day Trip

I really enjoyed this day trip! If you’re looking for a way to pack in Pompei on a quick trip to Rome, it is really a bang for your buck to be able to have transportation, entrance, and a guide prearranged. Our guide gave lots of information about the Rome and the areas of Italy we were driving through. Transportation was a charter bus with air conditioning (comfortable enough for me to fall asleep in). Sorrento was a nice bonus, but unless they change the schedule, you will likely arrive during the afternoon when most shops are closed. Still lovely to see the city, and some of the inlaid wood shops were open, which were beautiful. The free limoncello was a nice touch, and it was overall a long!! but enjoyable day. Bravo Barbara especially!!
Reviews: From Rome: Pompeii, Amalfi Coast and Positano Day Trip

The organ transplant clinic and the overall tour were excellent. There was ample time in Pompeii to see the most important sites and learn about them. Positano is also very beautiful, although it would have been helpful to know that the shops aren't open year-round. However, this didn't detract from the visit. Two or three cafes/restaurants were open. The only downside was the first and last stops on the highway. The prices for food and drinks were far too high for the poor quality. I even saw flies in the Americano... The tour operator can't be held responsible for this. It's advisable to bring your own food and drinks for the journey there and back. All in all, it was a very successful day trip.

Fantastic and comfortable tour around the main tourist sights of Rome. Exactly as described. Felt safe on board and had a wonderful view from the upper deck. Thoroughly recommended.

A very pleasant day, Marco, Sacha, and Juliana were excellent guides today. Pompeii is something you must see at least once in your life. It was also very fun spending an afternoon with the three of them ♡

the stops were short but I know there isn't much that can be done to change that without making the day longer
