What a wonderful evening! Paris was a great instructor: patient, professional, funny, and attentive. So much interaction and opportunity to participate. Some unsupervised children wandered into our teaching area from nearby diners and she was so kind and professional to them while continuing to instruct us. Our pasta in the house sauce of our choice, tiramisu, and wine were delicious. One of the best meals of our Roman Holiday, which is really saying something special in the foodie heaven of Italy. Would definitely do again. Well worth the time and price. A+++

A fantastic pasta experience! Within two hours, I had the opportunity to make tiramisu and try two different types of pasta, plus sample three different wines. I highly recommend it. The workshop is conveniently located, and you can explore the surrounding area afterward.

We booked the pasta course with two different types of pasta and also made tiramisu. The instructions were excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Leo was super friendly, and we felt very comfortable! The meal afterward with the group was also a wonderful cultural exchange.
