From start to finish, this tour was absolutely amazing. The customer service before the tour was excellent—clear communication and super helpful staff made everything easy and stress-free. Our guide was fantastic: knowledgeable, engaging, and funny, which made the history come alive in such a creative way. Visiting the Colosseum was truly unforgettable, especially stepping into the arena—it’s a must for anyone coming to Rome. The Roman Forum was just as impressive, and hearing the stories behind the ruins really added so much depth to the experience. I was the only Japanese person participating, but the tour itself is great if you can speak English. However, the staff were not wearing blue polo shirts, so it was difficult to understand.
