The views from the observation deck were great, including of The Old Town of Riga and the Daugava River. The ticket was very good value for money. It would be great to have more amenities there, like a cafe and a shop.

Emil was great. His English was great and he was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of historical background on Latvia. Everything was on our pace and allowed us to ask as many questions as we liked. The only suggestion we have is that since the tour was private, it would have been better if our guide had met us at our cruise ship rather than us trying to find him in an unfamiliar city
