The Giraffe Castle Hotel was a perfect choice for a family getaway, and it did not disappoint. The entire experience was comfortable and smooth, with quality evident in every detail. The hotel's service was commendable; the staff were warm, friendly, and responsive, proactively offering guidance and assistance. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient, and room service was prompt and attentive throughout the stay, with items replenished carefully and any issues resolved effectively. The follow-up ambassador, Wang Junchao, was also very responsive. The lobby was grand and dreamy, with a lively and soothing giraffe-themed design. The space was bright and airy, with exquisite sculptures and playful decorations throughout. The floors were clean and free of clutter, the lighting was soft, and the rest area was well-planned, creating a perfect atmosphere for photos. The rooms were brand new and in excellent condition, with a logical layout and clear separation of living and sleeping areas. Appliances such as air conditioning and televisions were easy to operate, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the soundproofing was excellent, and all family-friendly amenities were provided. The rooms were spotlessly clean, providing an exceptional stay. The hotel is also very convenient, with its own large free parking lot, making parking hassle-free, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the park. The restaurant served light and delicious food with fresh ingredients, making for a comfortable overall experience. Highly recommended for families with children.

Enjoy the dinner at the grand ballroom.. took up the costume package and changed into the traditional costume before the dinner.. the staff will recommend the type of costume if you are not getting any makeup done.. before the dinner, there are some mini games to play and win small gift..a good experience if you have yet to try..

Was a bit confusing to redeem the tickets but there is a specific counter beside the west gate ticket office. Great experience, had complimentary access to the observation deck on 108 F. Food was average , not filling, views were amazing
