OMG this was just an amazing trip from start to finish. Our guide Flo was so welcoming, friendly, caring and knowledgeable and ensured we all had a great time in our small group, and speaking in 3 languages. The lunch food was of a high standard and so good and the tour of Etna and Alcantara and all the different scenery seen was beautiful, and just an amazing unforgettable trip!! Thank you Flo, for facilitating such an awesome day and being so inclusive to all and ensuring that we got to have such a great experience 👏😊

I wish I could remember the name of our driver, he was absolutely fabulous and really made this tour special for my family. Not only did he know all the best spots to get views from, he also was kind and funny. I'm a little unstable and a natural born clutz. He sensed my nervousness at walking around the crater and he accompanied me all around. Some of the views and locations really look like they come from another world. Getting the opportunity to see these up close and personal with no time constraint was completely worthwhile. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who likes to take their time and really enjoy the scenery.
