I checked many tour groups, but none of them offered day trips to Bromo and Sewu. My companion wanted to see both in one day, so I chose this company. We stayed in the city center, so we set off early. The driver was incredibly enthusiastic 😭😭😭. My bag was heavy, and he offered to carry it for me. He accompanied us the whole way. I didn't check the weather forecast beforehand, and it rained that day, so I missed the sunrise, which was a little disappointing. But the next day, the driver actually sent me the photos he had taken, which touched me deeply. Although the itinerary was tight (at our request), it was incredibly enjoyable. I booked all three of my tours with this company, and the customer service representative was also excellent; I really liked her. For Sewu Falls, I recommend bringing an extra set of clothes because the air is very misty. Our guide at Sewu Falls was also amazing; he took over 400 photos for us without charging a cent 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺. My companion and I were so happy that we gave him a small tip. We didn't bring many clothes, and we caught a slight chill and a cold when we got back. We had some medicine bought at the front desk, which was very helpful, but I still hope everyone will bring an extra layer if they go. We also went horseback riding. I rode a rainbow white horse, my first time riding, but I was quite steady. All the guides and drivers on this day tour were excellent. Although we didn't see the sunrise, we still had a great day. Oh, and our Jump van driver was also great at taking photos; he even gave me posing tips and took a bunch of pictures with my camera – fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Surabaya was a lot of fun, and I would definitely go again if I had the chance. I still have other volcanoes to see, so I highly recommend this tour!!!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The agency was incredibly helpful and communicated clearly about any exceptions. They were friendly and went above and beyond to make it memorable. They even helped with photography and suggested the best spots. They didn’t push for tips or other fees and they even rent wet shoes on-site. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Incredible experience, would highly recommend to any world travelers. Our driver pushed through tiredness, while also going above and beyond on giving us a great cultural experience. Our guide on the waterfall was very experienced and adventurous, giving us a holistic experience that we cherished. The staff that helped me book this tour were very helpful, quick responding, and extremely informative.

A very attentive and cheerful guide! And the driver drove well. We had a delicious meal, and he asked what we wanted. He speaks good English and is very kind! We really enjoyed everything! He took us on a different route where there were fewer people so we could take photos!

A perfect trip. Our small group of six, a mix of European and Asian people, meant we didn't have a lot of interaction, but everyone was very friendly, and the whole trip was enjoyable. Our tour guide was enthusiastic, attentive, and patient, providing all the necessary services and running errands diligently. The vehicle was also in good condition—spacious, with powerful air conditioning, a smooth and safe ride.
