The tour was excellent and Warren our guide was highly entertaining and thorough.
The morning tea was a juice box and a cookie, so bring snacks as the first place for food is the lunch stop around 11:30.
Beware, the route is very winding/curving along the coast. If you experience motion sickness, please take note. It would be ideal if your operators could mention this on the "What to Expect" or "Additional Information" sections.
The bus is cramped in the last 2 rows, you are not able to see through the front as these rows are lower than all the others.
But the tour was excellent. The Gorge, and Twelve Apostles are breathtaking. Easy walking even for a senior. The forest walk in a loop in the rain forest and can be steep at moments. We were able to spot koalas along the roadside, as well as kangaroos.★

For those who can't easily drive themselves, the Great Ocean Road is perfect for a day tour! The scenery along the way is absolutely stunning 🤙🏻! The guides were very thorough, covering various historical backgrounds, and there was plenty of time for photos and sightseeing. We arrived at the Twelve Apostles in the morning, and the photos we took weren't backlit at all; the itinerary was very well-planned. The Great Rift Valley was also breathtaking! We even saw wild koalas by the roadside—so lucky!★

The tour bus arrived on time, exactly as originally scheduled, with four pickup points. We visited all the planned locations during the tour. The weather was great, the views were clear, and we were lucky enough to see koalas at one of the stops. Our driver-guide, Augustin, was very positive and humorous, and shared many interesting facts about Australia and the places we were visiting. His driving skills were excellent. The tour was in English, as advertised. Augustin spoke several languages. The group was well-disciplined, and we returned to Melbourne as planned. I was very pleased with the tour. The price was reasonable. I recommend it.★

The return drive along the Great Ocean Road follows the coastline, with sheer cliffs on one side and the raging waves of the Southern Ocean on the other. Passing through forests, surf beaches, and cliffside viewpoints, I felt nature's aesthetic sense far surpassed my own fashion sense.
Loch Ard Canyon is the darkest representation of the entire road. Standing on the canyon's edge and looking down, the waves crashed violently against the rock walls below, the sound like a subwoofer at maximum volume. It's said that a ship ran aground and sank here in 1878, with almost everyone on board perishing—so while the place is beautiful, it possesses a certain aloofness, a sense of unapproachability.
The Twelve Apostles are the absolute highlight of the Great Ocean Road. From afar, several massive limestone pillars stand in the sea, like a row of coast guards who have stood for millennia, unmoved by wind and rain. Only upon closer inspection do you realize that you're standing on a hundred-meter cliff, with the waves roaring below—the sheer power is something that photos simply cannot capture. The tour guide said that these rocks are eroded by the sea every year, and some have already collapsed, so what you see now is completely different from what it was ten years ago. It's a limited edition landscape, and you'll only see it once in a while.★

David was an excellent guide! He explained every place so thoroughly, covering not only the scenery but also the local culture, history, and interesting stories behind each location. You can really feel how much he loves and appreciates this place, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
He was also very polite, patient, punctual, and responsible throughout the trip. I genuinely had such a great time and learned so much along the way. The trip was not only fun but also packed with interesting knowledge.
Highly recommend David if you want to truly understand and experience the place rather than just visit the sights!★

Although the weather wasn't great that day, the driver and guide were very kind and enthusiastic, and promptly helped resolve any issues we encountered. The itinerary was also well-planned, and the scenery was beautiful.
