We had an excellent time yesterday at Pompeii. It has been a dream of mine to see it and I've finally been, aided with the knowledge of our wonderful guide Roxana. She was so brilliant with her historical knowledge and very interactive. We had a 12 month old baby with us and she was very accommodating. The tour wasn't too full on, with just the right amount of information and we had time to wander around ourselves afterwards with some tips from wonderful Roxana of things to see. Pompeii is so vast but the tour provides a wonderful snapshot of what life was like in ancient Roman times!
