I recently did this tour and loved it! From the sunrise at Sarangkot through to the canoeing to the temple on Phewa Lake and everything in between, this tour was awesome. My guide was so informative and friendly, it was one of my favorite trips I’ve done. I’d recommend to everyone★

This was a great time! The sunrise at Sarangkot was rained out, so no view of the mountains. But our guide was still lovely in explaining so much about the history of the place and the temple. We participated in many activities throughout the day, including ones that were not originally planned. For instance, I asked about Buddhism so he brought us to a Buddhist monastery. Later I told him we wanted to see a suspension bridge and he immediately turned the car around to bring us to the nearest one. It was special to learn the proper way to enter and honor a Hindu temple, even be given a tika by a priest. Having an AC vehicle was a BLESSING after a few weeks in Pokhara. And it was great having a personal, knowledgable guide to share information specifically according to our curiosities. ★

Raju was a fantastic guide for my first big hike which I chose to do up the Mardi himal trail from Pokhara. He set a perfect pace and was extremely knowledgeable - being able to answer any questions I had about the trail, the mountains, animals, plants and life in Nepal. Along the way we saw jaw-dropping views of Rhododendron forests, Annapurna and Fishtail. The stays in tea houses a long the way were very comfortable with great food, and Raju even very kindly made me a fruit platter after every meal! I would highly recommend Raju for your trek in Nepal!★

Had an amazing day hike from Lakeside to Sarangkot with Couch Adventure Nepal! The trail was a perfect mix of nature, local villages, and stunning mountain views. Our guide, Prakash, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even better. The sunrise from Sarangkot was breathtaking, and the downhill walk back was a great way to soak in the scenery. Highly recommend this hike for anyone looking for an active and rewarding adventure in Pokhara★

Roman, my Tourguide was very helpful and kind person. I couldn't believe that he immediately jumped in to help me plan my schedule which was different that the program we had.
He picked me up at 5 o clock in the morning with is motorbike from the bus station, because I came by the overnight bus and I went one our to his family until we receive the car and start the tour earlier at 6. Many thanks for that Roman, one more time and also to the company.
Even thought I couldn't see the mountains because of the weather conditions, the hike there was very nice, very beautiful nature. Roman took beautiful pictures of me and was very patient.
The only thing negative was that tour was a bit too expensive, we drive only a little, but walked the most time. Lunch was included, but still expensive.
Otherwise I was happy with the tour and especially with my Tourguide Roman. Thanks to the company also which immediately replied to my email.★

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in ANY country I’ve traveled to. It’s one thing to be shepherded to various sites to take pictures, it’s another to get an intimate view of the community that lives there.
I was quite worried about the 8 hour length of the event as I was quite sleep deprived and am rather introverted. I was captivated for the entire tour and Gyatsu was tremendously knowledgeable.
He tells things the way they are and is happy to tell you where to find out more if he doesn’t know the answer to your question. A truly enriching experience that I cannot recommend enough!
