It was a great experience. The trip was beautiful, with lovely scenery. Marko was our guide, very kind and attentive, sharing things with us as we traveled. We learned not only about what we saw but also about the country in general. The first stop in Rastoke is worthwhile; it's small but very charming. Plitvice Lakes, even though it was winter, was worth it. There were fewer tourists, and we were lucky because it started to get cloudy towards the end. The trails and waterfalls were spectacular. Highly recommended. The van trip was relaxing, and we had good conversations.
