Super easy to use. We didn't have to worry about getting to the ferry at any specific time. Even on a holiday weekend, we arrived at the port and were able to queue up and board the next ferry that arrived. The attendants just scanned the QR code on my phone for the two of us. The coach is super patient (because the first dive is very tight, so I can't breathe 😂, but the tofu coach is very patient to teach me how to breathe step by step and then confirm with me that ok or not, I will dive!
