We had such a great experience at the arcade at The Island in Pigeon Forge! The atmosphere was fun, clean, and full of great games for all ages. A special shoutout to Jeff, who went above and beyond to help us redeem a prize. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely made our visit even better. This was an unforgettable experience. I was a little nervous as I hadn’t been on an ATV since I was a kid. The practice track let me know right away what I needed to concentrate on and the guides were amazing. Very supportive and gave great tips. The mountain views were STUNNING! Absolutely doing this again.★
