I arrived at Ho Chi Minh Airport around 3pm, and immigration was extremely crowded with a long line in the regular lane. It looked like it would take two hours.
Thanks to having applied for the fast track service in advance, I was able to complete immigration in around 30 minutes. I met the officer just before immigration, who showed me a placard with my name on it, and was guided to a dedicated lane, which allowed me to use the pass without any stress.
Depending on the time of arrival, this can significantly reduce immigration time, so I highly recommend it for those who want to make the most of their time.About
