Since we were traveling with children, I was most worried about the immigration process, but I think I made the right choice! Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by a staff member, which allowed me to skip the long lines and quickly clear immigration! Getting around was also easy, which made things easier for parents. It's easy to get tired after a long flight, but being able to head straight to my accommodation was satisfying. I highly recommend this service for any family trip!

I've never gone through passport control so quickly anywhere. I was met by a company employee and quickly escorted down a separate corridor.

Smooth! We were out partying in District 1 in under an hour after landing! No time wasted and I've seen and been in the endless line before. The departure one was not perfect. Nobody at the desk when we arrived and had to call the agent. The instruction was to arrive 2hrs before flight. But actually, they want us to check in first then contact them. Luckily, the counter was not lol packed like previous times. In the end we still have 40min to burn in the food court before heading to the gate. Will def pay for this service again!
