1. Smooth Booking Process
This time, I booked VIP Express at the Thai airport through Trip.com. Since it was my first time using it, I was a little apprehensive at first, especially since the price was significantly lower than my previous fast-track booking. However, their recent reviews were very positive and seemed reliable, so I proceeded. Customer service contacted me promptly and collected the required information via LINE. The entire booking process was smooth, and I felt reassured after completing it.
2. Professional and Responsive Customer Service
On the day of departure, I proactively contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly and provided thorough instructions. I believe proactive communication is crucial to avoid any issues along the way.
3. Super Fast Arrival at the Airport
Upon arrival at BKK Airport, I was immediately greeted by a staff member holding a sign with my name on it. The entire process was very professional, and they made sure to ask if I had already applied for an e-entry card online, which is crucial and must be done. Afterwards, they escorted me to the VIP Express immigration lane. From deplaning to completing immigration, the entire process took less than 15 minutes, significantly faster than other passengers on my flight.
4. Baggage Check-in and Full Service
After clearing customs, they will escort you to the baggage check-in area. If you have checked luggage, they will assist you throughout the entire process. Since I didn't have any checked luggage, I asked them to leave. The entire process was very professional and smooth, and customer service was always in touch to ensure there were no issues.
5. Summary and Recommendation
The overall experience was excellent, and the price was reasonable, significantly cheaper than the previous expedited customs clearance. I recommend staying in touch with customer service during booking, providing complete information, and proactively contacting them upon arrival and departure. In my case, the premium seats were completely empty, so the privacy was valuable. My girlfriend, who suffers from motion sickness, also enjoyed the experience. Each person was provided with a complimentary bottle of water or cup of coffee.★

Good trip but be ready for a really early morning start, might be good to spend the night in Avon Valley the night before the Balloon flight! It's a 90 minute drive from Perth otherwise.★

The day's itinerary is very rich but not in a hurry, arranged two water swimming activities, one snorkeling on the small Phi Phi Island, and one time playing in the water on the honeymoon island. Dim sum, lunch, afternoon tea are all eaten on the boat, and time is also saved. Although there are not many dishes, the taste is good. I didn't expect that the return afternoon tea is the most abundant. It seems that the itinerary arrangement is very careful to do homework. Surprisingly, the fish here like to swim with people.★

Nice staffs and if you’re early, you get to sit as same level as first class, which the view will be better than below floor. Advertisement said to get free coffee/tea and snacks, but when ask the staff, he said, no free 😅
