This boat tour is highly recommended. During our entertaining trip to Hole in the Rock, we were able to spot dolphins and made a stop at an island, where we hiked a small path to a lookout for a fantastic view of the islands. Both guides were absolutely charming and shared a few stories about the bay and the islands.

Our driver, Barry was a very friendly and funny guy! Told great stories and interesting facts. Very evident he enjoys his job. Cape Reinga and 90 Mile Beach were beautiful areas to see. Having a guide tell us the significance of each spot, and spots along the way made the day more interesting. Highly recommended taking a bus tour to these locations. Plus, an experienced driver can handle the narrow, twisty roads very well.

Was a brilliant tour, loved the places we visited and the guide/host was great, being informative but also entertaining on the journey. Really enjoyed seeing Tapotupotu bay for lunch. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area


