There is a service counter on the first floor of Kansai Airport Terminal 1, diagonally opposite Starbucks. After arriving at the airport, we went to eat and then went directly to the airport service counter. The service staff can speak Chinese. We arrived at 15:40 and the service staff told us that there would be a car at 15:50. They asked us to wait for a while and then took us to the car. Someone carried our luggage and drove us all the way to the hotel, saving us the time of taking and changing cars. The cars were also very new and the service was very good. I will take this car again next time.★

I used it from Namba to Kansai Airport. It was convenient because I could use the e-ticket instead of having to exchange the ticket for a physical ticket at the airport in advance. Namba OCAT is connected to Namba Station, so it was easy to find, and there was a tax-free supermarket right next to it, so I was able to shop and eat right before going to the airport!★

I'm very grateful to Ctrip for making it so convenient to buy international train tickets. I printed out the QR code and brought it with me. I redeemed my ticket at the white machine at the JR entrance of Terminal 1 at Kansai Airport. The machine has a Chinese language option. After redeeming my ticket, I entered the station through the manual channel and took the escalator down one level to Platform 3, which is where the Hello Kitty shuttle bus is located.★

It's very easy to use. It's not only great for Kintetsu itself, but also includes discounts on Nara Kotsu buses and some attractions, making it perfect for a day trip from Kyoto or Osaka to Nara. Please note that if you use a different browser to access the ticket page, you may need to revalidate it. It's recommended to configure it in advance and keep the same browser open during your trip.
Also, be sure to purchase a limited express ticket for limited express trains.
