My wife and I recently took a half-day tour of Osaka with Hugo, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Hugo was incredibly knowledgeable, providing us with a wealth of information about the history and cultural significance of the various areas we visited. We particularly loved how he gave us a great highlight tour of the city while also being able to somewhat personalize the experience, which was a nice bonus since our group wasn't too large. He expertly guided us through some of Osaka's fantastic shopping districts and shared fascinating tidbits about each neighborhood's rich history. Be prepared for a fair bit of walking, but it's absolutely worth it to discover some of the city's best hidden gems. We highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to get a comprehensive and engaging introduction to Osaka!

It’s always a challenge finding tours that accomodate (celebrate) an octogenarian wanting to experience Japan (travelling with my husband and my 88 years young Mother)… the weather may have been cool & drizzly but Kevin was warm & such a bright spark! We really enjoyed our day wandering the Kobe gardens & hills… a soak in the hot springs & a lemon gelati were the perfect afternoon delight. Pre trip communication was fantastic. Thank you for helping to make my birthday a rather memorable one!

Ichi-san was amazing! He knew so much about the Kobe and Osaka. He also was very flexible because my parents didn’t speak English so he took his time and allow me to translate. My parents had an amazing time. It was a seamless experience. I would highly recommended!! The walking and train was not as bad as I thought due to my dad’s age but he could keep up. Also highly recommend the Kobe beef lunch worth every penny!


