Overall, a lovely and relaxing experience. The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant service. From 12:30 onwards, you can't say you can eat until 2:30... You have to tell them to book right away, which we weren't told. Small children diving into a thermal pool where people go to relax is a no-go... even though there's room for children.

I had a great experience with our tour guide Natascia and driver Fausto. Natascia was incredibly informative and detailed in her explanations, and I really enjoyed all the fun facts she shared about each place during the drive it made the whole trip more engaging. The lunch portion, as others have mentioned, wasn’t the highlight, but the stop at a local shop for olive oil, truffle, and chocolate tastings definitely made up for it. If you go, leave some room in your luggage, you’ll probably want to bring a few things back!
