It was easy to use. I loved how it used GPS to initiate the next description of what we were seeing based on where we physically were when we changed our direction to go down an alley it recognized that and adjusted accordingly.

This is my second time using it for trips to Europe. I used it in Spain, the Netherlands, and Turkey, and I had no problems with connection. For some reason, the signal was a little weaker in Turkey, but I was only at the airport there, so maybe it's just the worst location. It's convenient that you can buy it in advance and activate it on arrival, so you'll be connected before you even get off the plane.

Ana was a phenomenal guide and we highly recommend not only this company, but Ana specifically as well! Our trip from Porto to Lisbon went smoothly - the car was spacious and very comfortable. Ana was prompt, a great navigator, and great to talk with. We did two stops on our trip - when Ana picked us up, we were not yet sure which stops we wanted to make, but she provided great background and details for each possible stop and helped us make our decision. We loved our stopovers in Nazaré and Óbidos. Ana provided historical information about each of our stops, pointed out monuments, architecture and attractions, and gave us recommendations when we arrived so that we were able to decide how to spend our free time at each destination. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience on this trip and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling from Porto to Lisbon (or the reverse).
