The family went to Penang for the first time, and Kobayashi received us from pick-up, drop-off and day trips. Her warm and thoughtful service is very warm. Not only did she drive, she also acted as a guide and took pictures of us and recommended local food. She left a deep impression on us and was very satisfied.
