It is convenient if Grab cannot be used, but it is better not to expect too much flexibility On Trip.com, it seemed that you could flexibly choose the pick-up and drop-off location and time, but in reality while interacting with the limousine bus intermediary, It will be the form of deciding the best place and time. In our case, it takes 25 minutes to walk to the designated meeting place, so we ended up heading to Grab. I moved with grab as well as the return, so I thought I should have used grab from the beginning. However, it is a good choice for those who have circumstances that cannot use Grab. The intermediary was very kind and a little hard if I couldn't speak English, but in the case of trouble, he arranged another driver without a tip and supported me all day long. We were taken to the wrong meeting place with grab and were almost late, but the intermediary made the best effort to get on the bus while negotiating with the driver in Vietnamese from time to time. (video) It's hard to give this evaluation because the intermediary's response was great, but it may be an unnecessary service for those who can use Grab. However, I think it is worth using if you want to consume coupons or trip.com coins.

We booked a flight from Sapa to Ninh Binh, even though we had provided a hotel room in Tam Coc. There was no transfer to the hotel, so we had to call a taxi. Otherwise, the bus and service were excellent.
