It's a Gazelle, by the way. But the interior isn't like a minibus, with comfortable, leather-like seats. The route from Nha Trang to Dalat is very scenic, as Dalat is in the mountains. At times, the road seemed dangerous; mudslides do happen there. But the driver was professional, and we had a wonderful ride, stopping once for 20 minutes.

The bus matches the description. The beds are comfortable. There's water and a cupcake. The outlets work. The TV and Wi-Fi didn't work. Or maybe we didn't figure it out. The restroom is clean. It was a long ride, 8.5 hours. There was one stop, but it was early in the journey, and it lasted 25 minutes.

This was our first experience traveling by bus. We were pleased. The only thing was that the bus was bumpy a lot. Maybe it's just the roads... On the way back, the ride was smooth and comfortable. Overall, it's a comfortable and good way to get to the city. The only thing more convenient and faster is a plane.

After your reservation is complete, you will receive an email with a boarding pass containing a QR code. The meeting place is written there, so be sure to go there in advance. Your boarding pass will be checked at the pier where you board the boat, so either show the QR code on your screen or have a printed copy scanned by an attendant. On the day I traveled, the boat was almost full, and since I was assigned a window seat in a 3-seat, three-row configuration, I couldn't move after being seated. Cell phone signals and Wi-Fi occasionally cut out, so it's best to get some sleep.
