James was our guide. He's fluent in both Japanese and English, and he guided us smoothly. He helped us release lanterns in Shifen and booked a tea house in Jiufen for us to enjoy a tea experience. His drop-off at the night market at the end was perfect. Booking through this website in HK$ was the cheapest option. Thank you James! You're the best guide!★

Our driver and guide, Wang Sanlang, speaks Chinese, English, Japanese, and Thai. He was fantastic! 👍 Enthusiastic and flexible. There was no hard selling or extra fees. He respected our needs. He gave us commemorative photos after the tour. Great memories.★

We had the best English tour guide Ms Muse Velez who accompanied us in every scenic spot and even offered to take good photos of us. She is also excellent at explaining the history of Taiwan. Overall, it was a fun experience especially the sky lantern, tasting the street foods and souvenir shopping all in 1 day. Highly recommended!
