Our guide and driver were both great. The drive to the various towns was beautiful. A word of warning, the bus was not directly at the exit of the cruise ship with many of the other tours that were gathered. You had to walk to the end of the dock to the Main Street. It was only about one more block but if we hadn't tried it we wouldn't have found them. I don't believe there would be another way to see four towns in the amount of time we had for our cruise stop so it was great in that way but I did find it was very rushed to have only one hour per town. This in No way is a slight against the tour company they did a great job, but In general, the entire area is just beyond packed with tourists and not pleasant any longer. It feels like a mall.
