The driver/guide Jed is very friendly with heart. He is kind to everyone. This is a bus tour and I prefer bus than small van for more spacious. We enjoy ourselves. The 55- min lunch is rather rush as the restaurant we picked is slow in service (I suppose similar situation in other restaurants).★

What a wonderful excursion! At the beginning of the boat trip, we were a little worried we wouldn't see any koalas. We spotted some quite quickly, then nothing for a while… but don't worry: you'll definitely see some eventually! And the moment they appear is truly magical! One small thing to note: swimming in the net can be a bit tricky, as there isn't much room for many people. The koala sanctuary was also a fantastic discovery. There weren't many people there, which made it easy to observe them in peace and quiet. Finally, sandboarding was really fun! A great activity to end the day, with very friendly instructors.
