The driver/guide Jed is very friendly with heart. He is kind to everyone. This is a bus tour and I prefer bus than small van for more spacious. We enjoy ourselves. The 55- min lunch is rather rush as the restaurant we picked is slow in service (I suppose similar situation in other restaurants).

The day was fabulous, our guide Sean was great. He was knowledgable and able to create an environment of fun and education. He was very personable to everyone. Snacks and lunch were excellent. We had a great time.

Our guide Yan was great!! He guided us between the activities and told us interesting facts all the way, all day. I really liked the koala sanctuary were you could see koalas up close and at the same time support their important work rehabilitating injured koalas.


