Customer service was very responsive and patient. It was my first time going to Jungfraujoch, and I was a little hesitant without experiencing it firsthand. The train, cable car, and cogwheel train transfers sound complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying it separately, and most importantly, the customer service explained everything in detail. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍★

It works great; basically, just showing your e-ticket is enough. It's accepted on most buses, trains, ferries, and cable cars in Interlaken and Brienz. This year, the cable car to Schilthorn was also free for the entire trip, which was a great deal.Trip.com picks
