Our trip to Hokkaido was an unforgettable experience, especially the visits to Lake Toya, the Bear Ranch, and Hell Valley. From the very beginning, we were amazed by the incredible amount of snow, which made everything look magical and almost unreal. Lake Toya was absolutely stunning, surrounded by snowy mountains and a peaceful atmosphere that made us want to stop and admire the view for a long time. Visiting the Bear Ranch was both fun and interesting, as we had the chance to see the bears up close in a unique natural setting. Hell Valley was another highlight of the trip: the steaming vents, the snow-covered ground, and the dramatic landscape created a fascinating contrast that felt almost otherworldly. A special mention goes to our guide, Oscar, who was great company throughout the trip. He was friendly, funny, and always made us feel comfortable, while at the same time being very professional and knowledgeable. His presence made the experience even more enjoyable.★

The family is old and small, very suitable for such a trip, almost all sleep until natural awake, the hotel is comfortable and luxurious, very characteristic, especially in Pattaya, the hotel's various swimming pools and beach connections, very feeling, is a good hotel for vacation!★

I was late for my lessons and she kindly rescheduled and allowed me to change the location too as we had left Rusutsu for Niseko. Weather was terrible, ski lifts was closed and we rescheduled again!! So lucky with Olivia. She sent Vee, so kind and so patient. Will definitely book with Olivia again next time.
