Everything was perfect. The bus was very comfortable, the driver impeccable, and the guide was also very attentive and her narration engaging. The excursion to the castles was like something out of a fairytale: the entire landscape was covered in snow, and the castle visits were beautiful. It's a shame that photography wasn't allowed, but everything was stunning. I highly recommend it.

Everything was wonderful at Linderhof and Neuschwanstein castle! Our guide Dimitri was knowledgeable and very informative with many helpful tips. We decide to take a steep hike to Mary’s viewing bridge and the views were amazing! Highly recommend tour with Gray Line. 😇👍

The tour was amazing. This is my second time visiting Linderhof and Neuschweinstein (they're amazing, if you haven't been yet, just book it), and the weather served us really well. Dmitri and Filip also made the trip very memorable. Dmitri made sure everything worked smoothly, and we really liked his stories about King Ludwig II. He was very kind and helpful. Filip made the drive comfortable and he makes great coffee and hot chocolate.

It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

It was a beautiful and well organized trip. The bus ride was very comfortable. The drive along the countryside was breathtaking. Our guide was knowledgeable and funny. Neuschwanstein castle and surrounding area was well worth visiting and many trails were available for long walks. Mid March was also a surprisingly good time to visit given mild weather and it was not overly crowded. Such a nice and peaceful experience. I highly recommend the trip.


