Product reviews: Best Kilimanjaro hiking day trip tour with Kilinge Adventures
Guest User2025-08-05
My trip to Tanzania was planned quite spontaneously, almost without time. All the plans were depended on weather conditions, and thanks to flexibility and responsibility of Kilinge Adventures team I was able to implement all my plans and even more than expected. Special thanks to the driver Pius for punctuality, politeness and sociable attitude; guide Tyson for an unforgettable hiking experience along the Shira Plateau; guide Gerald for the Materuni waterfall and Coffee tours; the founder of the company Thomas for support and overall management of the process! Many thanks to all of you, guys! With your help my dream came true - I saw Kilimanjaro and now feel absolutely happy!

John was a great guide and driver! Very knowledgeable about all things Moshi, Kilimanjaro and Tanzania. He was also very accommodating throughout the trip! We hope to collaborate with John again when we come back for Kilimanjaro!
Product reviews: Chemka Hot Springs Tour from Moshi

We went to Chemka as a family to honour my son's birthday. We were a big group age ranging from over 75 (my parents) to one year old. I went with my siblings, spouses, and children. It was an amazing afternoon filled with swimming and diving fun. There's a great friendly atmosphere among visitors, guides, locals, and government staff. The water is warm, and the fish bite quite a bit, but it's not serious or uncomfortable. I will do it again and recommend it to all travellers. The cost is reasonable.

(※ I also write in Japanese for the lower part of Japan.) I booked the safari tour and airplane ticket on the same day, I didn’t have any expectations for the waterfall and coffee-making tour on the last day. However, not only was the waterfall amazing, but the Materuni-style coffee-making process, from preparation to brewing a single cup, was incredibly enjoyable! I’d love to write more in detail, but I highly recommend visiting the area and experiencing it for yourself. The safari was, of course, fun as well, but I realized that experiences like this will likely become treasured memories in our life. Tanzania has many tourist attractions, but I definitely suggest adding Materuni Waterfall to your list. I’m sure it will be an unforgettable experience. I hope you have a wonderful trip to Tanzania! 🇹🇿 I booked an air ticket and a safari tour on the day of my trip, so I didn't know that the tour company presented me with the tour of the Matterni Falls and the coffee making tour on the last day. I didn't expect it to be interesting at all. However, not to mention the wonderful Matterni Falls, the Matterni-style process from how to make coffee to actually become a cup of coffee was very enjoyable! I would like to write it in detail, but please visit the site and experience it. Of course, the safari was fun, but I thought that such "koto" consumption would surely be a good memory of our lives. There are tourist attractions such as Tanzania, Color 々, but please add this Materoni Waterfall to your choice. I'm sure you'll have a good experience. I hope it will be a good trip to Tanzania! 🇹🇿
Product reviews: Kilimanjaro Day Hike
Guest User2025-07-06
Wow. This was quite a hike. When I completed the day, I had walked 12.5 miles in total and I think it was over the course of 3000 meters of elevation gain and then loss coming down. This is not an easy hike. The terrain is rough in some areas with a lot of mud and slippery rocks. You definitely need good shoes and I highly suggest trekking poles!!!! You also need a reusable water bottle. The park does not allow plastic bottles. Elly was a phenomenal guide. He took great pictures and kept me positive the entire hike. He encouraged me, he sang. It was a really special hike.
