Reviews: Milan Malpensa Airport Shuttle Bus to Milano Centrale /Fiera Milano (One-way or Round-trip)

I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

Be careful if you're using the bus during the Olympics. Because roads are closed, even if you go to a location that's been announced in advance, you'll be told, "The bus doesn't depart from here." Be careful if there's an event going on. The bus was comfortable and there were no delays.

The experience was unique! While it was possible to do the experience without a guide or tour, the tour ended up simplifying transportation and the overall experience. The guide was very attentive and explained everything very well in both Spanish and English. Everything went according to schedule. An experience I would definitely repeat.
