We had Pau (Catalonian for "Paul") as our guide. He picked us up promptly at our hotel and chatted amiably with us enroute to Monserrat while also pointing out buildings and landmarks. Our tour of Monserrat was perfect. He knew so much and, yet, didn't overwhelm us with facts and dates (unless asked). We will definitely book Pau next time we're in the Barcelona area and need a guide!

Xavi was wonderful. Xavi with castle experience was wonderful. First of all, he always made sure we were accounted for. No one went missing. He took us through Montserrat and showed us all of areas for us to explore when were allowed to go off on our own. He took the time to explain everything in detail. He even took pictures if we asked him politely. He was very friendly, engaging, and funny. He knew the history of the Montserrat. It was enjoyable. Then, the wine tasting experience and we tasted a few. He was very informative. He also made sure everyone was happy with the tapas. There are different options for the snacks with the wine. We walked through the vineyard and took many pictures. Overall, you will not be disappointed. You must do it. Have fun in Spain 🇪🇸 💞
