I was able to connect to Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, and Turkey, but as soon as I entered Kosovo from Albania, the connection was lost. I asked support to check, and they told me that only local SIM cards can connect in Kosovo. The support response was quick and courteous.

We bought a global e-SIM with 1GB per day (enough for instant messaging and Google Maps for two users, as it shares data). Our goal is to travel across four countries. We've traveled through two countries so far, and everything works fine. Initially, we had to manually configure the e-SIM because the hotspot for data tethering wasn't working.
