Esim was easy to setup directly from trip.com app and worked well in Quito and San Cristobal Galapagos

I used it in Quito and the Galapagos Islands. Sometimes it would lose connection. Not only in places in the Galapagos Islands where it was obvious it wouldn't connect, but also in places where you'd think, "Where?" It sometimes connects after rebooting, and sometimes it still doesn't work, which is a mystery, but overall I think it's fine.

Service was very reliable. I just had a problem registering (to enable top up in case I travel again) because gender is required but the gender tab in their registration page is not working.


