It's worth a visit. I took my parents to see the night view of the Xiangjiang River and Orange Island. The 3rd floor deck is the most open. You can go to the 3rd floor if you are in the front of the line, but the first floor lobby is cooler and has different views. There are also performances. The boat is big and you don't have to worry about being crowded.
