We had a great time, we learned so much and also confirmed many useful tips about cooking, making pasta, and complementing a great pasta dish. The space is perfectly suited for this kind of experience. Matteo and Alfredo’s knowledge and attention to detail were exactly what we hoped for in a cooking class. I’ve taken around 25 cooking classes around the world, and none have matched the quality and expertise we experienced here.
