Myself and my partner used Me shuttle in December 2025. We booked the day trip to auschwitz and the saltmine tour. We booked vies booking.com and paid £163 al in for both of us. This included being picked up from our apartment a packed lunch and drop off in the evening. Our guide was fantastic making sure everything was seamless at both sites. I could not fault this company at all they were amazing from start to finish we had a fantastic. I definitely would recommend them to anyone and would use the service again if back in krakow.

The salt mines were really worth visiting, and this was a good tour to do from Krakow. The mines themselves are vast and there is a lot to see you are taken in with a guide associated with the mine as a large group and the tour keeps a fast pace as you move through the 3 levels that are open to the public (ca 800 steps down!). We were taken to and from the mines in a small minibus by Peter who was FANTASTIC. He was extremely knowledgable and went out of his way to show us some area of particular interest when dropping one of the tour party off on our return to Krakow. I fully recommend both the destination and this tour company.

What a tour!! Best experience of our trip to Krakow by far. Joanne was a wonderful guide, imparting information that we would not have gleaned from the exhibition itself. The tour of the Jewish Ghetto was conducted in continuous rain - which did not dampen our guide’s enthusiasm … thank you! We were privileged to have the opportunity to hear Joanne’s personal story of her own family. The tour was truly humbling and most educational.


