The bus stop was located right outside the international terminal and was very easy to find, so I was able to get there without getting lost. Tickets can also be purchased at the bus stop, but this time I purchased them in advance, which made the boarding process smoother. The staff were very polite, and the driver helped me with lifting my suitcase up and down the luggage storage area. I arrived at Southern Cross Station in the city in about 30 minutes, and there was Wi-Fi available on board, so I had a comfortable ride.

For those who are new to Melbourne and traveling alone, taking the Skybus is highly recommended. The pick-up and drop-off points are clear, Wi-Fi on the bus, very easy to get to the CBD and just continue with the free tram.
