Reviews: Valletta Segway Tour and The Malta Experience

Valletta is hilly, and it is hot (especially in August). I for one could not face a guided walk around the city and so I searched to find a city tour by other means.
I had segwayed (?) before, it’s not difficult and anyone can do it after a few minutes practice. Your tour guide leads the way and you simply follow his wheels. The guide will stop at various sites to explain point of interest as you would expect. One of the best points of the tour is when you go to a deserted part of Valletta, above the fountain, which overlooks the fountain; stunning views of „new Valletta“ nobody at all there.
My guide, Saif, knew the area very well, great communications skills, very easy to relate to, full of good advice.
I don’t hesitate to recommend this tour. See the city, but do it in much more exciting way - by Segway.★

This boat trip was the highlight of our stay in Malta. The water is absolutely gorgeous and the captain went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. He made sure to make all the stops we requested, took photos, allowed us to play loud music, provided snorkeling equipment, and even had another boat meet us to provide extra beer. 10/10 experience that everyone should try to do while in Malta!★

Looking for an ideal day trip with the whole family in Malta? Luzzu Cruises offers various cruises to Gozo and Comino. We opted for the Comino Day Cruise. At 10am we leave Sliema towards Gozo. In Gozo the passengers who visit this island leave the boat. The perfect moment to take some pictures of Mgarr. Then it goes to the Blue Lagoon on Comino for a stopover of about four hours. Ideal for a walk, a dip in the fresh water and a fruit cocktail at one of the food trucks. If the sea is a bit too rough we will go to Crystal Lagoon right next to the Blue Lagoon. The day ends with a visit to some sea caves along Comino and then around 5pm we moor back in Sliema. The Comino Day Cruise is a perfect day out to discover the different islands from the water. Highly recommended!★

Meet up imstructions were clear and easy to follow. Mirabelle was our guide. She was good and very informative. She took us to a lot of interesting places around Valleta. The food portions were adequate and hearty. The pastizz is a must try. You will be full after the tour.
I really enjoyed this food tour. Would definitely recommend this when visiting Malta.
