Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for the tour to start (either Tui picked us up way too early, or the other participants were late), and the weather wasn't great either (strong wind, occasional light rain). But it was very interesting (plants and history), and the guide was friendly and explained a lot. Unfortunately, no swimming at the waterfall, and we only caught a brief glimpse of deer and, from a distance, bats. We had hoped to see more animals.

We were picked up by a driver at a time and we met our guide Julio at the foot of the mountain. In the small group (7th) it took place at 7 a.m. The time was well chosen, because it was still cool and the route was later getting full. Important: the last kilometre is more climbing on a rock wall than walking. However, it was a great experience and the view from the top is worth it! The Julio Guide was super and has told a lot of interesting about the island.
