A superb guided tour! Our guide was very clear in her explanations. A native of Matera, she gave us an authentic glimpse into life in the Sassis in the mid-20th century. A guided tour of the Sassis is a must.

Fantastic! It's not every day you get a guide at your disposal (group of 3). And what a guide! Claudio Montemurro took us on a journey through time and space, exploring the lives of the people of Matera. He doesn't just tell stories, he shows you through the eyes of someone who loves his work, his land, and his roots. Thank you! Then crossing the Tibetan bridge at sunset was the best! Bravo!
