Bus transfer was good, then wait time and fill in several tickets until it finally goes off. Boat was clean. Sufficient seats in the shadow. Sufficient time to surprise riff and animal world. Very good care by the guide in German. Nice memory photos by the board photographers. Very recommended for families with smaller children. Children can safely move on the boat alone without falling out ★

Everything this was great the staff is friendly and helpful, we saw dolphin and turtles form the submarine glass and the snorkeling was great saw a lot of beautiful views and enormous turtle and many cool stuff★

Plenty of time for snorkeling, saw both turtles a sea cow (from the boat). In the bay everyone must wear a life jacket, but not at the reef. If something should be improved it'd be music. At the reef there were quite a lot of people. Probably too many to be sustainable in the long run but ok for now. Bear in mind that you'll be pulled out of the water into a small rubber boat at one point, which might be difficult for some people.
