They clearly explained the weather conditions, what we should prepare, and confirmed whether the proposed pickup time worked for us. The driver was very kind and drove calmly, without rushing, which made the trip feel truly relaxing. We were provided with a Voyah Dreamer for five people, which was very comfortable.
