Ahmed Abden was a fantastic instructor throughout. We checked in the day before as advised, we completed straight forward forms and e-learning. On the day, we had plenty of time to answer questions and get the most out of the experience. We had time on the pool to get used to the equipment and practice. I found it hard to expel air from my mask but Ahmed guides us through simple techniques and helped me stay calm, essential! The ocean dive was breath taking including seeing a stingray!★

It wasn't the best weather for our visit, but at least it stayed dry until we were headed back down! We enjoyed the funicular train and we saw great views anyway. There was a wonderful hilltop restaurant called David Brown's, and we had a lovely walk at The Habitat (ticket needed, but worth it) with the canopy walkways and the Biosphere Reserve where you can get even better views of Georgetown below. We saw lots of macaques, langurs and birds, plus a colugo during our walk through the rainforest. It was much quieter in the reserve too, possibly as many people didn't want to pay the entry fee.
My biggest tip is to go early (or late for sunset and night-time views) and spend a little extra to get Express Lane tickets for the funicular railway. When we visited, the queuing time for the standard ticket was 3 hours, but we only queued for a few minutes as the trains run regularly.★

I am staying at the Parisian Macau Hotel. I have walked along Tu Road from Parisians and have a good street view. Along the way, I will pass the Venetian and Londoner Xinyi Tiandi, Wynn Palace. The whole road is used as a warm-up before eating. The Lisboa Self-service Mountain is considered to be the ceiling of this Buffet area. There are Japanese food areas, Taiwan night market, seafood area, barbecue area, beverage area, dessert area. Barbecue area. I specialize in lobster and seafood areas today. I feel that it is not bad after eating.★

very good customer service. We had to wait for our luggage to be delivered to the room so the front desk sent us a fruit plate and some tickets for the Ferris wheel.
